What happened
A Stamping employee picked up a lube container behind [REDACTED]. As the employee turned to walk away from the press while carrying the lube container the employee tripped over part of the de-reeler base. As the employee fell their right forearm made contact with the moving pallet of material causing a laceration. A First Aid Attendant in the area saw the injured employee and began providing First Aid. [REDACTED] was called requesting emergency medical services on site. The employee was conscious and walking when they left with EMS to receive further treatment.
