Was informed by another team lead that employee had fallen in the Dirty Utility room. Went to check on coworker and found him on the floor in pain. [REDACTED] was on the floor when I entered the room. He stated he hit his left knee and pulled his back. We managed to get him in a wheelchair and immediately took him to the ER. ER manager and house supervisor was notified.
