In a patient 's room [REDACTED] taking vital signs. [REDACTED] complained of an alarm which tech could not hear. [REDACTED] asked for urinal she gave it to him and she turned her back for privacy. She awaited a moment and then told the patient she was going to leave and finish her vital signs at which time the patient threw urinal full of urine at her back and she was hit in the back and covered with his urine. She also twisted her knee when she tried to get away from this.
