Before the incident
Lifting totes down to use and did not realize they were stacked so tall and did not get help lifting them down so I ended up getting them to use for the AOL silver cart to go shopping.
What happened
silver cart empty- went to get more totes to shop with next to the door leading to the trailer but inside the building then lifted crate from stack and strained arm. I mentioned it to [REDACTED] the following day don 't know if she heard.
