Throwing out trash- slipped on substance- when fell- head hit ground and broken glass embedded in scalp.

What happened

At [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] he fell on the third dock door. If it asks about cameras- backroom north is the camera view. It looks like he is standing by his cart and then falls. I can 't tell exactly what happened. [REDACTED] can pull up the cameras if you need it. Employee was the first one to talk to him. [REDACTED] said: [REDACTED]- I came into the back room to take out the trash around [REDACTED] and I saw [REDACTED] almost unconscious. And I saw blood on the back of his head. Then I called [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. The medical team said there were pieces of glass in his head. When I checked the back room- I found pieces of glass and it didn 't look like fresh pieces- I think it had broken [REDACTED] but I 'm not sure. According to the text messages between [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] they did a CT scan and dug glass out of the back of his head. He got some stitches as well. Sounds like he 's able to come back to work on [REDACTED]. I am guessing he has the required paperwork
