Before the incident
EE was working on [REDACTED] fixing pouches. EE noticed that the plastic roll was jamming up the chain of the CP machine and went to fix the jam while the machine was still running. EE then proceeded to cut the plastic with his yellow knife and noticed that plastic was still remaining on the chain. EE then tried to get the remaining plastic off with his R hand. As EE reached inside the belt EE R hand got caught in the chain. EE quickly removed his hand causing a laceration to his R hand second digit.
