[REDACTED] had climbed to retrieve product from a middle bay. When he stepped down- his hand grip slipped and he fell backwards hitting the back of his head on a metal cart. He had an inch or so laceration on the back of his head as well as some swelling on his left handpalm. His neck was also stiff and in pain.
