Employee was standing on top of a milk crate to reach the lights hanging overhead in the trailer. He was cutting the tape used to hang the lights with the blade only from the box cutter.

Employee was reaching overhead to cut the tape around the light string that was hanging. As he stepped down from the crate he was still cutting and cut his right wrist and right forearm. [REDACTED] does not recall exactly how it happened. He stepped out the other trailer to page code blue to the backroom. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] responded and assisted. [REDACTED] paged code blue again from the backroom phone hoping for another manager. When no other manager was available [REDACTED] went to the customer service counter upfront. [REDACTED] the front end manager called [REDACTED].
