Employee was pulling a pallet of product to the sales floor.

Employee was pulling a pallet to the floor. It was unloaded from the truck wide. At the end of the warehouse run- Employee was pulling the pallet jack from under the pallet in order to reposition it to pull out lengthwise. As he was removing the pallet jack- his foot became stuck under a hand pallet jack and the electric pallet jack kept moving forward pinching his foot between the electric jack and the hand jack.
