What happened
Employee was pulling a cart full of potatoes when the cart hit his foot. [REDACTED] stated the cart ran over his foot. He worked his entire shift and when he got home and took off his sock and shoe noticed that his little toe on his left foot was bruised. At this time he came back to the store to notify us of what had happened and that he was going to the clinic to have it looked at. [REDACTED] has not turned in any paperwork from the clinic so unsure of where he was seen or what the doctor told him.
