What happened
Employee was entering the bathroom to use the restroom. She pushed the door open with both hands and as the door closed one hand was still on the door and the door shut with her left index finger got stuck in the door. Afterwards- employee knealed on the floor for a couple minutes then she ran water on it for a while then left the restroom and told manager on duty. He told her to put ice on it and her finger became numb.
