Employee was at an Amazon training facility using the slip and trip simulator when he hurt his ankle During the initial run the employee said the simulator was very wet but went okay during the next go around the employee was holding a brown box and had to avoid obstacles on the course without looking down He kept slipping and misplacing his footing and eventually he couldnt feel the ground and hit his right ankle on the metal curb causing a bruise and cut
