What happened
While removing a pin from a jack stand the jack dropped and slammed employee 's finger on right hand. Finger was cleaned up and band aid applied on site. Employee asked if he needed medical attention to which he replied no. At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] the employee texted management stating that he had to go to the ER as blood was pouring from finger. Text also stated that employee needed 6 stitches in finger.
