Before the incident
Worker was unloading empty kennels from a van which were being transported from one site to another.
What happened
Worker reached to move the top kennel from a stack and it began to tip over. In an attempt to prevent it from falling she reached up with her right arm to stop it. The kennel was large and weighed approximately 20-25 pounds.
