Setting up the atomizing tank to clean oven 1

While cleaning an oven a seal on the atomizer got forced out a little and sprayed a member in the face and eyes with pressurized foamy caustic Chemical [REDACTED]. Member was wearing his ppe; a full green rainsuit latex gloves under chemical gloves chemical goggles and full facemask. The angle and force of the spray went from underneath straight up the face shield and moved his goggles covering [REDACTED] 's face and getting in his left eye. Camera RS [REDACTED] [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] start at [REDACTED] chemical comes out at [REDACTED] Camera RS [REDACTED] [REDACTED] is a second angle where you can see he fiddles with the seal within the minute beforehand to get it in the right spot. It was in its proper place before he put the lid into the atomizer must not have fully sealed and when adding air pressure it blew the seal out. Picture attached.
