EE was performing monthly GFCI checks per a PM checking the trip milliamps on individual GFCI.

EE was walking towards [REDACTED] with testing equipment in one hand & did not see copper drain line that runs from air handler & tripped over it. EE tried to stop his fall by putting his R arm out dislocating humerus when EE fell to the ground
