EE was watching and observing before he seen the bottle jam
What happened
EE attempted to remove the bottle caught between the tank and the conveyor. When EE couldnt remove the bottle EE utilized a tool that is not part of this task to attempt to remove bottle. After EE noticed the tool wasnt effective EE proceeded to remove bottles with his left hand. Bottle exploded and conveyor came down on his hands causing injuries to his left hands fingers.
