What happened
[REDACTED] was attempting to tape a box closed and cut his middle finger on his left hand with the tape gun the tape gun was missing the guard that covers the blades. [REDACTED] said he laid his hand flat on the lid of the box to hold it shut and kept trying to get the tape to stick to the box repeatedly and jammed the blades of the tape gun into his finger while doing so.
