What happened
PREPARING TO WORK ON A PUMP AND WORKER MISTAKENLY SECURED THE OLD ONE IN A VICE. WORKER BENT DOWN TO PICK UP A NEW PUMP FROM THE FLOOR THE OLD PUMP BEGAN TO SLIP. WORKER TURNED TO CATCH IT THEN LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL WITH THE PUMP. AFTER GETTING UP HE REALIZED HIS HAND HAD BEEN SLICED BY THE PUMP DURING THE FALL.
