Employee was working at the round table with coworkers usually several employees are helping in the round table as they stand very close. The round table had different size boards and they were very close grabbing boards. As she was grabbing the boards with her head down one of the coworker that was working on the round table grabbed too many boards at once (rushing) and one of the boards slipped out of his hand and the board hit employee in the head causing a laceration.
