Before the incident
The roll pan stacker was being worked on and the cooling loop was discharging pans to be hand stacked onto a pan cart. The employee was moving around the pan cart to stop pans from falling onto the floor and as he came around the side of the cart he stepped on some buns that were on the floor and he slipped and fell. He was at floor level when he fell. the employee fell on his right side.
