Before the incident
Pushing loaded and unloaded metal parts racks on wheels down the productin floor aisle.
What happened
As the employee was pushing an empty parts rack down the aisle in front of the welding cells the rack caught onto the stationary railing on the right side of the aisle. The parts rack came to an abrupt stop n bounced up and hit the employee in the mouth breaking his tooth.
