What happened
Employee was doing a truck to truck transfer using a liftgate to connect one truck to the other to transfer the load of wine boxes. In the process he lifted up one liftgate so that the other truck could back up to the liftgate on the other truck and then lower down to their liftgate on the back bumper. The driver of the other truck backed up too far which resulted in his left finger hand getting caught between the liftgate and the back door frame.
