Temp Agency worker was in foam load process when he placed his left arm in the foam roll process during operation. IE left arm was caught in between the machine and the location of the process causing a contusion to his left arm. EHS was notified of the incident from the line supervisor and first aid was provided to the IE he refused medical treatment at the time and continued to work the rest of the day with no issues.
