Working on a stinger
What happened
While getting ready to work on a stinger employee grabbed a turn bar to flip the stinger upright. Employee positioned the bar on one of the smaller pieces of tube and in the start of the movement the turn bar began to loose its grip because of how big the opening is compared to tube. The bar lots it grip and with the the stinger jammed employees thumb.
