What happened
I put my phone on the back of CArm to make patient bed in pain management. Went to grab phone and got stock by needle that was left from the day before. Needle was used for localization and laid onto patient and had fallen off onto the ground. Spoke with Dr and he confirmed that it was a clean needle. I talked to house supervisor and was told nothing else was needed besides an incident report.
