Before the incident
Was helping during delivery of baby supporting pt legs. Patient was writhing and screaming and grasping with her hands and required expensive assistance. At some point pt scratched my right forearm. Did not realize this until after delivery when I noticed I had been scratched and it the skin was broken and bleeding was noted. Washed with soap-water and used alcohol to clean. After 1-2 min scratch was no longer bleeding.
