What happened
Confused patient kept getting out of bed even with a safety sitter at bedside. He was able to push the sitter out of his way. The patient was very unsteady on his feet and was at risk of an imminent fall when I tried to make sure he didn 't I made a sudden movement that pulled a muscle in my lower back. This caused other muscles to contract as well.
