What happened
Hot stamp pad was being replaced. EE went to the back of the hot stamp to make an adjustment to the stamping pressure. His hand was resting on the on the adjustment wheel and as the stamp was stamping his left pinky was caught in between a pinch point of the hot stamp applicator head.
