4th fl as sitter. Nurse ask me to help move patient up in bed.. Draw sheet not even on nurses side which I was left to move patient up alone. Hurting my left shoulder. nurse placing foley sterile patient reached toward nurses pocket grabbing scissors from nurse pocket which I in return tried to stop patient catching my thumb in his hand with scissors leaving me stretching across his bed pulling against my shoulder. Help called for and house sup had to physically remove my thumb and scissors.
