Employee was conducting a closing count she placed her hand down on the tray on the back table employee was not paying attention and placed her hand on scissor which cut her left ring finger.
What happened
I was conducting a closing count when I rested my hand on a tray on the back table. I wasn 't paying attention when my hand hit a forward micro scissors used during the case. It cut my left ring finger. I immediately scrubbed out and washed my finger in the sink as well as irrigated it with betadine. Then placed a bandaid to cover it. Employee health was then contacted.
