On [REDACTED] I was in surgery with [REDACTED] in bariatric surgery and in the case when the time comes she asks for the tech to come with a hemostat and when she comes up with the liver retractor and the needle comes thru I come and grab the needle with a hemostat and secure it. Well when she was still in trying to place the retractor where she needed it I had my hand just up at the field I thought far away from where she normal come up at but this time she came right where my hand was placed.
