I was up on the ladder looking to change a light fixture driver and slipped of a 4 foot ladder but I landed on my legs some how everyone came running to help me but I felt on but all of a sudden my back feels like I twisted something. This happened on [REDACTED] and today is [REDACTED] and my back is still hurting I took pain medication but when Im getting up I have to be careful or it hurts. I have to be careful the way I walk because I feel pain when I walked a certain way.
