Employee was assisting with transferring a patient from a stretcher to an imaging table using a slide board with another technologist

During a slide board transfer to the imaging table staff coordinated a count prior to pulling the patient On the count of three the employee pulled however the assisting technologist did not pull simultaneously The employee felt a pulling sensation in the mid to lower back T10 through L4 L5 region Ibuprofen was taken approximately 30 minutes after the incident
