What happened
One of her assigned residents slipped form her bed and she assisted her to the floor. She called other nurses including the supervisor to assist resident back to bed. During the lift she lifted the legs of the resident and immediately felt pain in her right shoulder and arm. After the resident was assisted back to bed she stated that she did not report the injury at that time because she believed the pain would go away.
