XLA [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was attempting to raise a safestack beam inside a trailer. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was using both hands when handling the beam. There was resistance in the bars tracks as [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was lifting. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was able to wiggle the bar and move it all the way to the ceiling of the trailer. As [REDACTED] [REDACTED] did so he felt a pop in his right shoulder. Afterwards [REDACTED] [REDACTED] felt soreness weakness and a reduced range of motion in his right arm.
