Before the incident
There was a pallet of boxes on the 2nd rack of the trailer. I put the forklift in there. The pallet was already lose. When I went to pick it up it almost dropped. I called [REDACTED] the supervisor to come help it. I climbed over and had to pick it up to move it over. It was heavy. I felt something snap in my right lower arm.
