Before the incident
EE was breaking a trailer on the IB shift. While breaking that trailer he tried to unhook a strap that was high up on the trailer wall so he stepped on a pallet to reach the strap and when he stepped back off the pallet his foot rolled off the edge of pallet twisting his left ankle
