WHILE RESIDENT WAS ROLLED OVER ON HER SIDE HER LEGS BEGAN TO SLIDE OFF THE BED. EE REPROTS GRABBED HER TO KEEP HER FROM FALLING. REPORTS LIFTED HER LEGS BACK ON THE BED TO KEEP HER FROM FALLING ON THE FLOOR.
