EE WAS WALKING INTO THE RESIDENTS ROOM TO ANSWER THE CALL LIGHT RESIDENT HAD DROPPED HER PHONE ON THE FLOOR. EMPLOYEE LEANED DOWN TO GET THE PHONE BUT LOST HER BALANCE AND GRABBED AN ELECTRIC CHAIR TO BALANCE HERSELF. SHE ACCIDENTALLY HIT SOME BUTTON ON THE CHAIR THAT MADE THE CHAIR START MOVING AND IT RAN OVER HER LEFT FOOT.
