was transporting o2 concentrators two at a time to storage when one rolled farther away and when she was attempting to grab the concentrator that rolled away it caused her to loose grip and the concentrator hit her left knee

EE REPORTS INJURY TO [REDACTED]. REPORTS WAS TRANSPORTING 2 O2 CONCENTRATORS TO TAKE TO STORA GE. ONE OF THE CONCENTRATORS ROLLED AWAY FROM EE AND WHEN SHE TRIED TO GRAB THE CONCENTRATOR THAT WAS ROLLING AWAY SHE LOST HER GRIP OF THE 2ND CONCENTRATOR AND IT FELL HITTING HER LEFT LEG.
