EE REPORTS TO BILATERAL KNEES. EE REPORTS WAS WALKING BACK FROM BREAK WHEN A DRIVER PASSED BY TELLING EE THEY HAD SCARED THEM. EE ATTEMPTED TO TURN AROUND TO APOLOGIZE TO THE DRIVER FOR SCARING THEM. EE REPORT WHEN SHE TURNED AROUND THIS CAUSED HER TO TRIP AND FALL HITTING BOTH KNEES ON THE CONCRETE FLOOR.
