While offloading trays of plants from conveyor Mr. [REDACTED] reached out with his right arm without looking and stuck his right-hand ring fingertip between conveyor belt and the metal roller. Immediately Mr. [REDACTED] pulled his right hand amputating the tip of his ring finger.
