What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] (Operations Manager II) notified me of an injury that had just taken place in the freezer area and instructed to take a orange cart to facilitate the transpiration of the associate out of the freezer. Upon the arrived to the location where the incident had taken place ([REDACTED] 74 inside freezer) I observed [REDACTED] (Operations Supervisor) talking to [REDACTED] (Order Selector injured employee) who was laying on the floor complaining of excruciating pain to his left knee. I found [REDACTED] laying on the ground next to the wall (picture #1 was taken) with [REDACTED] on the other side of the EJP I asked him if he could move or walk on his leg to which he said that it hurt so much. Based on the pain and his request I call [REDACTED] for an ambulance. The Medics cut his pants to further examine his injuries and make a determination which hospital to send him to. Based on the Medics findings he was sent to San Joaquin General Hospita
