What happened
Description: Employee was cleaning up brush around the parking lot area. When the employee picked up some brush to put on the pile they rolled their ankle. Suspected Cause: Uneven work surface debris over exertion Immediate Actions Taken: Stop work. employee notified supervisor. Employee immediately elevated and iced ankle. Supervisor informed PM of incident. Supervisor called HR and EHS. Shortly there after employee called Work Care.
