Description: Employee was performing repair work as part of a team and was constantly in the kneeling position as part of that task Suspected Cause: Aggravation of pre-existing knee condition Immediate Actions Taken: Employee notified supervisor on [REDACTED] of the need to go to the doctor a couple of days after the work was performed due to concerns about his knee. When I returned to the office on the [REDACTED] I noticed the employee had on a brace and inquired and discovered that the condition should have been treated as a potential work related event. I then started the notification and investigation process
