Description: Left bicep tear from manually lifting 10-foot section of flexible suction hose submerged in wastewater. Suspected Cause: Moving a light piece of pipe cause employee pain. The cause can not be pin pointed at this time. Immediate Actions Taken: Employee notified his supervisor and the supervisor followed SOP for injuries. Work Care was involved right away.
