Description: Employee was clearing hanging limbs around a meter box and did not realize he was allergic to poison ivy until [REDACTED] when he started breaking out. As the week went on he continued getting worse and over the counter ointments was not working so he went to a walk in clinic on [REDACTED] 29th and they gave him a steroid shot. Employee never thought about reporting it as a work injury. Suspected Cause: Employee didn 't know he was allergic to poison ivy and never thought to report it as a work injury. Immediate Actions Taken: Under investagation.
