Pre staging bag carts in bag tent to be ready for the next flight.

I was moving an empty bag cart and the back tire hit the cement lip and stopped the bag cart. The tongue of the bag cart hit me in the stomach right under my ribs on my right side. It immediately took my breath away made me want to throw up and my back starting aching like it put my back out. I gave myself a couple minutes then went back to work out at the counter. My back continued to ache. When I got home from my shift at [REDACTED] I had blood in my urine so I went to the ER to be checked out. They did a CT scan and said my kidney was swollen and I bruised my kidney.
