ON [REDACTED] WHILE PERFORMING DUTIES IN THE BULK TRUCK OFFLOAD AREA AT AFWH AN EMPLOYEE SUSTAINED AN INJURY TO HER RIGHT FOOT. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ACTIVELY UNLOADING A TRAILER AND PLACING PACKAGES ONTO A CONVEYOR BELT. DURING THIS PROCESS A TEAMMATE WHO WAS WORKING ALONGSIDE HER MOVED A BOX. AS A RESULT OF THIS ACTION A HEAVY PACKAGE WAS DISLODGED AND FELL ONTO HER RIGHT FOOT.
